Avoid bright light above the bed

A bright ceiling light directly above your head is the first thing you see in the morning and the last thing you want in the evening. Opt for indirect lighting positioned away from the bed.

Bedside lamps on either side

With a lamp on either side of the bed, everyone has their own light. Handy if your partner is already asleep and you want to read for a while. The fact that they’re dimmable makes it the perfect solution.

Warm light is no coincidence

Cool or bluish light keeps you awake longer than you might think. Opt for warm white light with a maximum of 2700K in the bedroom. Your body clock will thank you for it.
